After that our Lifetime Guarantee takes over.
Call us on 1-877-374-3993 and we'll make arrangements with you to pick up the Cottage Aquarium and to refund your purchase and postage & handling costs to the account from where you made the payment.
We are convinced that we are selling you a tough kid-proof product. So at any time during your lifetime or the lifetime of your cottage we will replace your Cottage Aquarium completely free if it fails or breaks because of reasonable wear and tear.
Just send a photo of your Cottage Aquarium showing where the problem is to us at info@cottageaquarium.com. We'll contact you to get a delivery address for your replacement Cottage Aquarium.
And if you have done something really stupid to break your Cottage Aquarium then send us a picture of that too and tell us what you did. If we put your picture up on our website, we'll send you a replacement.
